Quality and Information Security Policy

SIA INTERACTIVE has established an integrated management of quality, security and privacy of information, with a scope covering its services of design, development, implementation and management of technological solutions for digital signage, control centers and platforms for information management and visualization, under SaaS (Software as a Service) and On Premise (local installation) modalities, undertaking the following commitments:

• To detect, analyze and evaluate the requirements and expectations of interested parties, risks and opportunities, as well as the relevant internal and external issues, in order to fulfill the company's strategic purpose.
• To identify, evaluate and manage the risks that may affect the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information, across all processes and services.
• To protect the organization's information assets against physical and logical threats.
• To operate in international markets, optimizing relationships with our Partners, in pursuit of the Company's development.
• To maintain absolute respect for the commitments undertaken and compliance with all applicable requirements.

The Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the application of this policy within the company, and is committed to providing all necessary resources so that staff can know, share and ensure compliance with it.
