McDonald's relied on DEX Manager to deploy and manage its digital menu network in Latin America and the Caribbean. The goal: to modernize the customer experience, unify content management and ensure efficient updating of prices and products in more than 1,600 restaurants.

We implemented a comprehensive digital menu boardsolution with DEX Manager, embedded in professional displays. We design dynamic templates that respect the brand's visual identity and automate the updating of prices and promotions through integration with McDonald's management systems. Our team manages the continuous operation of the network in +10 countries, with 24/7 support.

RESULTS

McDonald's consolidated a network of more than 10,000 screens in 1,600 restaurants, distributed in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela. Digitalization made it possible to offer dynamic, attractive and easy-to-update menus in each branch, reducing operating times and minimizing errors. In addition, centralized management with DEX Manager ensured brand consistency throughout the region and provided the necessary scalability to accompany McDonald's innovation and global expansion strategy.
