Requirement

Banco Santander Argentina needed to make customer experience processes more efficient in its more than 400 branches, digital offices and Work Cafés. This was the challenge we faced, to improve its service to more than 3.9 million customers.

Solution

We digitally transform customer experience processes, both at headquarters and in branches, Work Café and coworking spaces, generating a new communication concept. We made the concept of the "Branch of the Future" a reality, combining innovation with efficient use of space.

Great results

We installed more than 1,500 Samsung Tizen screens with an integrated player (which does not require an external PC), we managed all the interactive digital signage for the coworking spaces and we added integrated Menu Boards to the point of sale. We implemented Dex Manager to manage communication in all branches and the new Banco Santander Tower Building.
