C-Control is positioned as the solution to manage Entel Chile's operations centers.

Entel is a leading technology and telecommunications company with operations in Chile and Peru, with 20 million mobile subscribers. It offers mobile and fixed connectivity services, as well as a wide range of IT and digital services for the segments of individuals, companies and large corporations, wholesale and call center services.

Requirement

Entel needed to modernize several NOC Management of the O&M Services and Network Department with an easy-to-use solution and at the same time with a very limited budget, reusing existing hardware and/or a controller assembled locally by one of our channels.

Solution

The solution chosen by Videowalls and Systems Entel's technology provider, was C-Control, allowing the integrator to offer a professional solution taking advantage of existing hardware. The success of our solution was such that we already have 3 C-Control projects operating the monitoring of relevant Entel systems.
