October 2008 – USA.
The firm Valspar hired SIA Interactive for a promotion that consisted in two tennis activities: the first was an online tennis game and the other, an interactive tennis game to be used at booths for tennis matches held in Los Angeles, Indianapolis, and the U.S. Open in New York.
The online tennis game and virtual reality matches were played from June-September and the public’s response was excellent. Valspar thus consolidated its position among sports fans across the United States. |

Online Tennis
In order to promote the brand, an online tennis game was developed. As part of the game, players had to complete as many Valspar objectives as possible in the time allowed, using the mouse to hit the tennis ball in the right direction.

Virtual Reality Match
For the virtual reality match at the booths set up at all of the tournaments sponsored by Valspar, the public could play tennis while standing in front of a screen with a real tennis racquet. The racquet was connected to sensors, allowing players to experience an exciting Valspar Tennis match.
