July 2007 – Santiago de Chile
In order to promote the new products of the hair care line SEDAL SOS, the marketing firm Orange hired SIA Interactive to create the interactive experience known as Virtual Host.
At the Mall Parque Arauco in Santiago de Chile, the “SEDAL SOS Clinic” was set up. At the clinic, women of all ages met with professional hairstylists who did their hair and recommended the best Sedal product for their hair type.
Upon entering, all of the women were welcomed by the Virtual Host Sofia, who answered any questions participants had, while presenting the products Sedal Repair and Sedal Ceramidas in a friendly and entertaining way.
During the 12 days of the event, thousands of people enjoyed the experience and were delighted with the originality of the virtual host, while getting information on the new generation of Sedal hair care products.
