Brugal & Co. was founded in 1888 in the Dominican Republic and it manufactures some of the most superb, prestigious rums in the world. Its longstanding quality has made it a market leader; in some countries, its market share is over 80 percent.

Recently the firm decided to reformulate its website. As a result, the “Brugal Network”, http://www.brugal.com.do, was launched with a more modern, interactive proposal. The goal is for thousands of users to easily access information and also enjoy their visit to the website. In order to achieve these goals, Brugal asked SIA Interactive to develop an online pool game; in the first phase, the game is offered in an individual version and will later be available in the multiplayer format.

The implementation of the first phase has already been a hit. Thousands of people are accessing one of the most popular games in the Dominican Republic and are surprised to see that pool can be played online. Thus the Brugal Network is being promoted across the country.
