Apropo is a fast food crepe chain that operates in the United States.
In order to reinforce branding and increase sales through an activity that
would reward customers, Apropo decided to implement a pilot promotion
at its branch in Dolphin Mall in the city of Miami.
To do so, Apropo called upon SIA America to develop and implement
an interactive game that would be quick and gratifying to play. The
chosen solution was a digital slot machine. Shoppers were invited
to play and if they won, they obtained a free product from Apropo.
The promotion was a success for several reasons:
1. Many consumers redeemed their prizes and bought more food.
2. In many cases, shoppers who did not win also purchased food at
Apropo, thus increasing the chain’s client base.
3. In the three weeks of promotion, more than 4,000 people participated.
Both Apropo management and the staff at Dolphin Mall were quite pleased
with the results of the promotion and they are considering the possibility
of repeating this promo at other chains and malls of the same group.

to extend the promo to our other branches, since the promotion has
